We offer an advanced Electrostatic Coalescer / Desalter Package, which combines the principles of dehydration and desalting to optimize crude oil processing. This technology ensures the removal of water and salts from crude oil, enhancing its quality and protecting downstream equipment.

Process Overview:
The process begins with a high-efficiency inlet distributor, which introduces the crude just below or between the electrical grids based on the inlet Basic Sediment & Water (BS&W) levels. Between these grids, water droplets in the crude attract and coalesce, growing in size until they fall out of the upward-flowing crude. The treated crude oil is collected at the top of the vessel, while effluent water is separated and collected at the bottom.
