Degasser Solution

We offer a Degasser designed for efficient gas/liquid separation, specifically for the removal of free and dispersed oil droplets, as well as solid particles from produced water (PW). It is a key component often used as the first stage in a produced water treatment scheme, particularly when PW comes from high-pressure separators.


Features & Applications:



  • Gas/Liquid Separation: Effectively separates gas from liquid, removing free and dispersed oil and solids from produced water.

  • Primary Stage: Used as the first stage in treatment, ensuring that contaminants are removed early in the process.

  • Oil Skimming: Option to integrate an oil skimming system for accumulating oil.

  • Solid Flushing: Solid flushing arrangement can be added based on inlet solid loading to ensure continuous operation.

  • Vertical Configuration: Can be configured vertically for reduced footprint in space-constrained environments.

Corrugated Plate Interceptor (CPI)

We design and fabricate Corrugated Plate Interceptor (CPI) units for effective oil and solid removal in produced water treatment.



  • Design Flexibility: Suitable for both degassed and live process fluids, with mechanical design adjustments based on the fluid type.

  • Pressure Vessel Requirement: For live process liquids, CPI units require pressure vessels to prevent uncontrolled emissions of hydrocarbons.

  • Separation Process: Utilizes Plate Packs, leveraging Stokes' Law to efficiently settle oil and solids under controlled parameters.


This technology is ideal for primary separation and ensures effective treatment of produced water.

We offer Deoiling Hydrocyclones designed with optimized internal geometry for high separation efficiency.

Deoiling Hydrocyclones



Hydraulic Induced Gas Flotation (HIGF) Units

We offer Hydraulic Induced Gas Flotation (HIGF) Units designed to remove dispersed oil droplets from produced water streams.



  • Cost-efficient & Reliable: Provides effective oil and solids removal with minimal operational costs.

  • High Efficiency: Capable of reducing dispersed Oil-in-Water (OiW) to 10 ppmv.

  • Fine Bubble Technology: Utilizes fine gas bubbles (< 50 microns) to separate and recover oil and fine solids.


Applications: Primarily used for secondary treatment to remove dispersed oil droplets and fine suspended solids from produced and wastewater streams.


 

Hydraulic Induced Gas Flotation (HIGF) Units



Nutshell Filters (NSF)

We provide Nutshell Filters (NSF) for produced water polishing, offering high-efficiency oil and solids removal.


Key Features:



  • Pressure Vessel with Deep Bed Filters: Effectively removes oil and solids from produced water.

  • Efficient: Capable of reducing dispersed Oil-in-Water (OiW) and Total Suspended Solids (TSS) below 5 ppmv or mg/l.

  • Minimal Damage: Designed to ensure minimal damage to nutshell media during backwash.


Three Types of NSF:



  • A. Scrubber Pump Design: Uses a proprietary scrubber pump to clean media without causing attrition. Ideal for high-viscosity oil and high OiW/TSS loading.

  • B. Internal Agitator: Cleans media with an internal mechanical mixer, consuming less power and reducing attrition.

  • C. Gas Scouring: Cleans media using fuel gas or nitrogen, with no moving parts and no power consumption, minimizing media attrition.
