Fairtex Group provides engineering, procurement, supply, installation, and commissioning for the following scopes:

Fairtex Group partners with Z-Subsea Ltd in the UK to offer subsea engineering services applicable to various stages of a project, including Pre-FEED, FEED, and Detailed Design. The extent of the study deliverables depends on the client's expectations and the project's EPCI schedule. Several engineering disciplines will be involved in a subsea project, as outlined in the chart.

A FEED study is supposed to address all uncertainties and suggest a robust solution. In fact, without early procurement, meeting project milestones during detailed design can be challenging. Therefore, FEED needs to be mature enough to ensure no major changes occur in the next phases of the project, as procurement for long-lead items needs to commence by the end of the FEED.

A Pre-FEED study aims to find a general solution or development option without dealing with details. However, it must address the main challenges and concerns.

Advanced Analysis

Advanced analysis is a requirement for most oil and gas projects. With the increasing computational power of personal computers, more complicated Nonlinear Finite Element Analysis (NFEA) is replacing traditional linear elastic methods.

Our partner, Z-Subsea, has successfully delivered Advanced Finite Element Analysis projects since its establishment, covering the areas demonstrated in the chart on this page.

Flow Assurance and Process Engineering

Fairtex Group through Z-Subsea has the capability to perform flow assurance and process design of subsea and onshore pipelines. Our experience in flow assurance covers multiphase production fluids from the reservoir, through the production tubing, Xmas Tree, Choke, and subsea pipeline up to the subsea or onshore processing facilities.
