These large robots are designed to fit through a standard 600 mm manhole via an extending ramp to de-sludge, wash, and clean large-scale tanks, including fixed roof and floating roof tanks. Robots have the power to clean large tanks and can handle heavy fuel oil, crude oil, and sludge.

Robotic cleaning technology can be used for non-man entry tank cleaning in vertical, horizontal, overground, or underground vessels. The robots are designed to operate in the most inhospitable environments, and with specialized access cranes, remote ATEX camera systems, and engineering expertise, any size or shape of the tank can be cleaned.

There is no requirement for personnel to enter the confined space at any point during the operation. Each service is performed with adherence to the industry’s safety standards. Cleaning time can also be reduced by up to 45%, significantly decreasing facility downtime while increasing productivity.
