Our detail and main tasks for spools replacement include but are not limited to the following:
- Detailed Engineering verification and update.
- Procurement of Materials
- Welding procedure and welders' qualification activities
- Blasting and painting procedure qualification activities prior to application.
- Shop Prefabrication
- Pre-Mobilization preparations.
- JRA review and PTW preparation.
- Loadout of prefabricated spools, equipment and consumables to Site.
- Mobilization of personnel to Site.
- Site work: these activities include but not limited to the following
- Installation of welding habitats
- Scaffolding activities
- Decommissioning activities
- Construction / Installation of new flow Lines including surface and buried/underground piping spools with their bends
- Installation of all the items on the lines: Choke valve, SDVs, ESDVs, Ball valves, Check valves, DBB valves, Globe valves
- Pressure Gauges, etc
- Grating modification activities
- Fabrication / Installation of all pipe supports. – refer to GA and ISO drawings
- Non-Destructive Testing on the new flow line and the ancillary piping spools.
- Pickling and passivation on the new 6” DSS flow line welds.
- Pressure Testing of the new flow line and ancillary piping spools.
- All site repair blasting and painting activities on all carbon steel materials
- Hook up of the newly constructed flow lines
- Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and leak test activities using nitrogen gases.
- Demobilization of CONTRACTOR equipment, materials, personnel etc from site
- As-Built documentation
