Fairtex Group has experience in overhauling, testing, installation, and commissioning complete drilling packages for rig operators. We perform overhauls of drilling equipment and cranes in our workshop, on the rig offshore, or on your site during yard stays. We also offer specialized teams of service engineers to travel to the rig location to carry out overhauls, installations, and commissioning work.

Mechanical Services:

We offer a full range of mechanical services and capabilities, from machining and turning to metal recovery and super finish grinding. When a breakdown occurs, we provide on-site services 24/7 to reduce downtime.

Our services include repairing or remanufacturing worn or damaged components, overhauling and completely rebuilding machines, and performing various engineering calculations and analyses related to process design. We also assist in sizing and selecting mechanical and process equipment such as pumps, motors, pressure vessels, filters, blowers, heat exchangers, valves, and instruments. Our engineers solicit supplier quotations, review technical compliance, budget and delivery constraints, and approve supplier engineering and design documents.
