Workshop Hydraulic Services

Our hydraulic service offerings cover a wide range of repair, testing, and maintenance solutions:

Component Repair & Testing:

• Disassembly, evaluation, and repair of cylinders, pumps, motors, and valves.


• Performance and tightness checks using a 300 HP test bench.

Specialized Services:

• Rope Access & Scaffolding: Certified personnel for dismantling components in hard-to-reach areas.


• Large Cylinder Bench: Disassembly of large cylinders and burnishing hydraulic jackets with capacities up to 500 mm in diameter and 6 meters in length.

Hydraulic Hose Manufacturing:

• Hydraulic hoses up to 2” with four reinforcement meshes.

High-Pressure Testing:

• Pressure tests up to 2200 bar with full quality control.

Hydraulic System Cleaning & Oil Quality Assurance:

• Flushing and oil quality checks with a portable particle counter to guarantee optimal system cleanliness.
