Chemical Tube Cleaning Services

Fairtex Group provides chemical cleaning services that are specially formulated to dissolve the toughest water scale, calcium, lime, and other deposits from virtually any condenser, absorption unit, chiller, or other water-based equipment. We offer complete chemical pumping and flushing services, as well as mechanical brush cleaning after dissolving the scale and rust.

In some situations, mechanical tube cleaning of condensers and heat exchangers cannot be used. For these situations, Fairtex Group offers its chemical cleaning services. Chemical cleaning may be necessary in situations such as extreme amounts of hard deposits, specifically hard calcium carbonate deposits, or when there is an inability to remove heads and have access to the tube sheet.

We have developed a number of procedures for chemical cleaning projects to ensure safe and efficient cleaning and to minimize environmental impacts. Our chemical cleaning technologies remove residual oils, corrosion, hard water deposits, and other contaminants from process equipment without causing surface damage, which can occasionally occur with traditional cleaning methods.

Custom planned work schedules greatly minimize interruptions to facility production, and chemical formulations are carefully selected to be compatible with waste handling facilities. We diligently plan all projects and implement on-site waste treatment to reduce the volume of waste products for disposal.
