Servicing and Repair of Plate Heat Exchanger

In addition to handling the cleaning, maintenance, and repair of air coolers, shell and tube heat exchangers, and box coolers, we can also repair plate heat exchangers. After disassembling and cleaning the plates, we meticulously check them for hairline cracks using a penetrating liquid that lights up under UV light. Any plates found to be faulty during this test are replaced. We then install new gaskets, reassemble the various components, and subject the plate heat exchanger to pressure testing to ensure it has no leaks. After this, the device is ready to be put back into operation.
